Cool video Chris. That car was such a hit back in 2007. Still is cool today. It sits just right and sounds even better.

Mongoose still has his. He needs to post a picture or two. Vista blue baby

2014 Shelby GT500. How about 662 HP. The replacement Michelin tires helped with the 1/4 mile times. Ford finally got the stance and the exhaust perfect. With a little help from the man  ....Mr Shelby and a little KR magic

By the looks of your garage, there really must be Gold at the end of the rainbow  Absolutely AWESOME!

Is your 50th Ann. SS one of the two black ones made with the glass roof?

Some "Hertz" guys didn't take too kindly to the whole "Heritage" thing....... so some may not want that in their "stable".

He may want to consider the rare and somewhat forgotten 1968 Shelby Hertz GT350, there was 1 Convertible and 224 Fastbacks assigned to Hertz in 1968.

This is back in the 80’s when Shelby’s and Boss mustangs were affordable. 70 Boss 302, 70 Shelby GT500 and a 66 Shelby GT350. All original right down to the engines and running gear except for the paint jobs of course.

Keep the car show going fellas.

Hey guys, “Happy Easter”!!   This first pic is of my 69 Mach 1, 428 Cobra-Jet, Ram Air, Candy Apple Red, still wearing about 80% of it’s original paint.  In the picture my car is sitting in front of Bob Perkins original “Restoration and Parts Shop” in Juneau WI.   This pic was taken back in the late 80s when I went to pick it up at Bob’s shop.  Bob was nice enough to trailer it back from his good buddy, Jackie Jones.  These two (Very Big Ford Guys) knew the complete history of that car I bought and it stayed in nice original condition because it spent all of it’s original life in the Georgia / North Carolina area.  The other pic that I’m posting is for trying to uplift and put maybe a smile on someone’s face who just might be feeling a little down and very bored with all that virus talk going on. So I thought this pic of the very famous race car driver: Bob Bondurant wearing a big smile on his face while he signs my !/18th Exoto Diecast like the one he raced and later bought, but no longer own’s now, just might help someone get a smile and a uplift from the look on Bob’s face.   Hope you all enjoy, later!    Mongoose :peelout:

Pretty cool there Mongoose. You got one hell of a car from the two masters. Jackie Jones is an expert on all things Ford. I’ve traded a lot of Mustangs with him. One of his Ford Dealerships is in Cleveland Ga. it’s only a hours drive from me. He is old school a hand shake is all it takes to seal a deal. Love those 69/70 fastback mustangs models. Boss and mach1’s .

Hey bud thanks, I hear ya!   I never got to meet Jackie Jones, but from everything I’ve heard from you and Bob Perkins in the past, he’s a real stand-up type of guy and also a “Huge Ford Car Nut, just like Bob Perkins is too!   Those 69 to 70 fastbacks Mustangs were some of the very best ever in my book, just saying!    Bob Perkins is one of the most well respected and knowledgeable people when it comes to Fords, especially the Boss Mustangs, he’s the “Man” bar non in my book!
