Each club will organize their own poker run, decks of cards, and coordinate the first 4 stops. Each individual card must be sealed in an envelope prior to being given to each participant. Envelopes will not be opened until the fifth card is received. Any participants with open envelopes prior to receiving the fifth card will be disqualified. The fifth stop will be a mutually agreed location (ideally a restaurant) that all the clubs will converge to end their poker run. The remaining cards (sealed in envelopes) from each club will then pooled together and the fifth card will be distributed to each participant. A representative from each club will assist with recording the participants hand as they open their envelopes. The location of the final stop will be selected once we’ve determined which clubs are participating so that the location can be centralized. The start time will be dependent on the route chosen by each club and the coordinated arrival time at the fifth stop. (tentatively scheduled for 2:00pm) At the final stop we will have an impromptu car show, lunch, socialize, and present prizes. Each club will provide a prize for the winner of their club’s poker run Each club will provide a prize for the overall winner (the person with the best hand among all clubs).
