Denstang65
I don't know about all of you, but everytime I saw the yellow/black Shelby GT test mule SAI uses, I think of the Terlingua. Denstang65
39, Terlingua if powered by a V8! Just my opinion
39Mustang
The picture of the 2016 Terlingua i just seen has a Supercharged Coyote in it...
Denstang65
If so, sounds like the Terligua will be the obvious choice. I say, GO FOR IT 39! Edited January 19, 2016 by Denstang65
JMargraves
Not that I can afford another SHELBY, but I hope to see lots more cars n trucks from SAI. I must say I can wait to see the Terlingua for the new year. I've read they may only make 50. That kinda sucks I was hoping SAI would roll out a V-8 and the Ecoboost versions. Like SAI did with the SHELBY GTS. Maybe not with GTS price points but one can only sit back and wait to see..
DubbsFaris
If you have Periscope, on your phone or PC, you can watch the entire preview on the Shelby American Channel.
Morgan19d
Build of 50 for the U.S. and total of 25 authorized for overseas mod shops. Any color. $66k package (above cost of donor car). VERY track ready!
39Mustang
Where did you get the pricing figure from?
HARALD KELLEY
If this is true I now have a hard decision, Super Snake or Terlingua? Terlingua. Most likely very limited production and has some great history behind it. Just my thoughts on the matter.
JMargraves
Yes mad history! Any color? Wow. Only V8s? Seems that would take a little thunder away from the Super Snakes. And what there I'm assuming to the Gt350. But no less what SAI calls them or how many they build I we will want them of them all.
Morgan19d
Where did you get the pricing figure from? Those are the details Shelby gave during the reveal on the periscope app. There is a link to it here on the forums. The brochures are being finalized and official reveal will be at BJ. 39Mustang
new Terlingua costing a lot more than a Super Snake so i guess you are really paying for the Terlingua name and limited run I like to own the limited cars as you don't see them all the time but is it worth that much more than a Super Snake, not sure. I don't buy for future value as if I'm not driving it i am not owning it. My 1992 SAAC MK1 is a lot rarer and i drove it quite a bit but not sure about the huge price difference and whether its worth it? Some of the 'options' should be standard which they are not so you can easily add another $5k hmmm?
cmcmotorworks
Haha ! I knew it would have a Whipple Supercharged 5.0 liter 302 cubic inch Coyote V8 !
