jr07shelby
I have a 2007 shelby gt500, anybody running muffler delete's? If so, what con's and pro's?
skunkya
After my stock muffler rotted out, I went with Pypes muffler delete pipes. 3 times louder than stock and really nice tone. Really like them til I get my full exhaust.
EL SHELBY
Expect a drone at cruising RPM. Not a big deal for running around town, but can drive me nucking futs on anything more than a two hour trip. Or, maybe I'm just getting old. Secondo
I had the Pypes, they are very loud and drone into your head. The KR mufflers are straight-through design but without the drone.
08KR525
I did the Shelby/MRT muffler deletes on my '08 KR and they are fantastic. All stainless construction and well made. I don't know if it's because of my stock KR H-pipe or not, but there is absolutely no drone. The car sounds downright vicious at start up and under acceleration. Harry
MRT's here as well. No drone and great on acceleration.
