stngfever Posted April 30, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 Cliff and I got great news last night from the police officer, he made contact with the business owner (turns out he was driving the truck) and has admitted fault. In addition a 3rd person has filed a complaint/report. We will be contacting his insurance this afternoon. It'll be intersting since our insurance is a "no fault" state, however, Ohio is an "at fault" state (where the incident occurred and excavators insurance is held) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
