I will coordinate with you about meeting Sat morning. Dave and Joe are supposed to meet us at 515 AM on Sat morning. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express last year. It is pretty decent there. There are several to choose from, Steak & Shake, Dennys and Waffle House on Colonial Dr. Keke's is across alafaya trl. from Waterford but they don't open till 7am, same with First Watch on university blvd. Alafaya Trail, Suite 111 Orlando Florida. We are going to meet at 6:45 AM, they open at 7 AM. When I stopped by to check it out, the line was out the door. About a 45 min wait for breakfast.
