Dinner, get off the strip. T-Bones in Red Rock Hotel/Casino, Hanks at Green Valley Ranch. Due' Fiorni in Summerlin has great gourmet pizza salads and daily specials. Vintner Grill is always great. New Mexican place on 6th and Fremont, downtown. Heard good things about it. I know I am missing a few. Talk to Jer while at SA. He has a few favorites as well.
