Rev Dennis
Why are the houses so cheap there? I see single homes with screened in pools for $80K on Realtor.com. Similar in Palm Harbor. Seems to be a real nice area.

Scroll down to see the home sales decline in the Spring Hill area since the housing bubble burst. Same all over FL. Bought my house in Tampa Bay region for $325K in 2008. Now worth $204K. I hope things get better soon. http://www.city-data.com/city/Spring-Hill-Florida.html
