Don't forget the outrageous auction house fees both parties will pay.

Maybe not, we were at the Mecum and Russo and Steele auctions in Monterey and prices were surprisingly high for good cars. The GT350 is extremely popular with non-Team Shelby type enthusiasts. They have actually no idea how to buy one. We will see in two weeks.......

MMcGuirk
This auction will set the tone for future sales.... Kris I know two people who have bought from dealer stock - One in southern Cal, 525HP, vinyl stripes, - paid $109K one in northern Cal , 624HP, painted stripes, rear brakes, cooling package - paid $130K I would say, in Cal at least, the tone has been set. Do you know the CSM numbers for these two that sold? I'm wondering if the lower numbers really do mean anything for value. Also, will the 11's bring a premium over the12's, if so, how much?? Just a couple questions for discussion boys. Thanks

Torch40
Mecum description list "boiler" exhaust system. That's the sellers deal. The seller submits the description and Mecum just prints it. With commission the buyer got it for about retail price. And he didn't have to wait a year...
