Don Johnston
Has anyone had any issues with their MT82 trans or cable yet on their 2011-12 GT350? I have not had a problem yet, but have gotten words of caution by some 2011 Mustang GT owners. I have the 624 HP and do not push iteven close to its limits...yet. I would like to hear from the hard driving crowd that either drag race or do road courses and if they have had to make any modifications or had any failures. Thanks. Fat Boss
My 2013 with 624HP has 19k on it and I drag raced it about a dozen times at SAAC 43. No issues, but I didn't do any burnouts or dump the clutch or anything. Best pass was 12.8 @ 114.
Don Johnston
I did see you run at the drags. Nice. Does doing burnouts or dumping the clutch cause problems?
Fat Boss
The MT-82 is the weak link, so doing a burn out then suddenly getting traction might be cause for grenade. Just wasn't taking any chances.
kyarnelli
I ran my car down the 1/4 mile and the clutch pedal stuck on the floor. I had to get rid of the pedal assist under the dash on the pedal and i also replace the line going to the clutch with a upgraded braided line. That solved my issues so now I can Get On It....
