Ford is going to deliver a car next year that outperforms the Hellcat by far and they aren’t going to give that market advantage and extra horsepower above the Hellcat away way for free. It’s a performance car and Ford knows people will pay for that performance. They aren't going to "price match" or try to undersell because they don't need to. I would tend to agree with what Carnut said earlier that it will be in the $69 to 70k (USA Dollars) range for a base model……. Probably more like $71 to 73k. ps: Don’t forget too that the recent tariffs on aluminum and steel are likely going to drive up material costs for automotive manufacturers and it will be passed to consumers. Not being political, its just a fact that such costs are always passed to the consumer. Ya $65 K for a Hellcat & there not flying off the lot at that price , as far as the the trariffs I don`t think that will happen there is to much for both countries to lose . So what, Ford still is not going to give away a performance advantage and superior horsepower just to price match the Hellcat.
Secondo
We shall see in about a year. The Dodge dealers and craigslist around here are full of barely used old looking like 2008 hellcats because of the demon. There will be more when the new GT500 is released. The ADM's will be high at first. Best to wait a year or so for them to go away.

Yup that`s exactly what will happen, just look at all the other performance vehicles that came out, (ie GT 350) those cars are sitting on dealers lots now. At 79 K I wouldn`t call that giving it away& besides when your in business you have to be competitive.
Elgin Black
I thought when they announced a GT500 was coming the GT350’s would start to get sold off by performance minded owners and the show room sales would slow to a crawl.
