Explode36 Posted May 1, 2017 Report Share Posted May 1, 2017 Anyone concerned their 2007 to 2014 GT500 Shelby still has a Takata airbag? The Takata airbags are known to explode during a crash killing the occupant with shrapnel. Ford fixed the driver side in their recall, but it's two years later and still no repair for the passenger side. Sure would hate to see anyone get hurt, or killed from this deadly airbag. Suggested the Ford dealer completely remove the airbag on the passenger side until there is a replacement solution, but they refuse to do it.
