April 2-8 2016 is going to be an AMAZING week in Texas. We will start out at the fantastic Cruise-In at Cabelas in Buda on Saturday and then we will drive some of the absolute best driving roads in Texas, taking in the sights of the beautiful spring flowers, including the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower center and Wild Seed Farms. We will stop in Luckenbach, spend the night at an airport, explore a museum at a different airport, stay on a lake and then on a river, conquer the Three Sisters Loop and then have the option of spending 2+ days at what has been called the "best hunting ranch in the world" to hand feed giraffes, play with our cars on a 5000' paved runway, race jetskis, swim, do a photo safari, explore caves, shoot machine guns and .50cal rifles and lots more on the 18,000 acre Ox Ranch.

The Three Sisters Loop (Ranch Road 335,336 & 337) are widely considered to be among the BEST driving roads in Texas. The lakes and rivers will be our almost constant backdrop for the trip. The fall rains and long term forecast of a nice, cool and wet winter promises to provide a STUNNING wildflower show for next spring!

The lodging and food will be spectacular (as ALWAYS!) and you will not be disappointed in either. From an 85 year old restaurant know around the world for their desserts to steaks to the best Southern "comfort" food around, you will not go hungry on this trip. From the fantastic Hanger Hotel to beautiful Frio River cabins and hotel lodging right on a lake this is will be an AMAZING trip!

A little bit about our time at Ox Ranch:
