moabman
FRPP has been saying that the handling pack is for the coupe only. Is it the same handling pack that is being installed on the new Shelby GT convertible? And the most important question: Is it now approved for the regular GT convertible? Anyone got an in at the old SVT group and can get the answer?
moabman
Got my own answer. I just got off the phone with a couple of Techs at Ford Racing Performance Parts. Shelby is using the FRPP handling package on the 2007 Shelby GT-H convertible and will be using it on the 2008 Shelby GT convertible. They said it would be fine to use on a 2007 GT convertible with the exception of those that have the appearance package engine cover. The strut tower brace will not fit over the engine cover. Looks like my GT will be getting the package in the near future. :happy feet:
