crazybobracing
Just bought my 2013 Super Snake with 2500 miles. Changed the oil the other day and at start up it was around 75psi after warm up around 60psi but when reved up almost at 100psi... Is this normal because 100psi seems high. I am looking at the Shelby installed oil pressure gauge on the A pillar. Thanks Bob

william strauch
Bob, I'm not the most technical guy in the group,so I can only tell you from what I know. The pump is higher volume standard. If it sounds good and runs good I personally would'nt worry.

william strauch
In reality I did just pay attention to my oil pressure. It was in fact upon starting around 90 psi. After driving for 5 mins. or so,it runs consistently 70-75 at rpms. 30@ idle. Edited July 1, 2015 by william strauch

shel-b001
I changed oil as soon as i got car, I wish I would have paid attention prior to oil change.. Did you stay with the recommended oil viscosity? Viscosity has a bearing on oil pressures.
