Got 2 tunes and am trying to download them and put them on the tuner,when the updater program opens the window does not show everything and I can't make it bigger. I'm not quite following what your trying to say in your problem description, by download do you mean extract the file from its current location, like email? Upload is what you would be doing when you put the file on the tuner. it should be saved to a location first, like desktop or your C drive. Best bet though would be to give SCT tech support a call and they can get it figured out for you. bmezz Posted June 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2015 Not having "trouble" with the download, having trouble with the download "screen" I can't see the whole screen so I can see the buttons I have to press to start the download process. Frank S Posted June 3, 2015 Report Share Posted June 3, 2015 I had that "partial screen" problem, got in touch with SCT "support", and after much ineffective "help", they essentially said "Tough S**t" and stopped responding to my communications. Glad to hear it. After seeing the pic you posted I was thinking the same thing. I opened up mine and checked it, but I use a 22" HD TV as a monitor so it was already set to the highest aspect ratio and screen set to wide to accommodate the size of it. Thank you. That gives me some hope. The specialist who helped me couldn't come up with any reasonable steps to take before they abandoned me. I actually have two SCT tuners that are unlocked from cars I've sold on. They are useless to me now, but may be valuable to someone, or I might buy some tunes and try them on my current car.
