Hi all, I have been fortunate enough to get a lot of help from many Shelby members. I am located in Minnesota and there is a 2008 Shelby GT I am looking at. I was told to post a new thread to see if anyone would be able and willing to go and look at the car. We would be able to work out a fair way of compensation for time and travel. The car is located in Brookfield, Connecticut 06804. I have talked to the seller and he is willing to have someone look at it. It would mean a great deal to me for another Shelby fan to take a look at it or get me in contact with someone who can help me out. This is going to be my first car buying experience and out of state as well. I believe the car I found is in fantastic shape and the Shelby and VIN numbers match and it has a clean carfax. I just want the peace of mind so I can continue with the purchase.
