cmcmotorworks
Okay, You suggested opening a new thread. Wow! What was all that about. Maybe I'm missing something in all of this, but it became hard to follow, so here goes: Alot of wasted energy and time. Could have sent proof of ownership 10 times. I'm with Steve Thornton. Simple request to provide proof of ownership, how hard is that? It's for our own good. When at a store checkout counter, I always thank the clerk for requesting ID when I present a credit card. I don't need to be made to feel special. Steve is always here for us to answer questions, provide insight, and is always professional and consistent in every way, Yet he seems to be taking a beating for practicing policies that protect all of us and are cars. Much ado about nothing ! Moderator, please lock this thread, if anyone wants to comment, they can open a new thread !
jmn444
Agreed. Snap a pic of whatever document and send it over. The privacy implications of sharing an insurance card is nil. Steve was doing the right thing. I'm too lazy to open a new thread lol...
