cbrbear Posted March 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 18, 2015 Its painted on. The stock hood has a liner and there is a guy that air brushes them with some awesome stuff. For me the aftermarket hood looks sooo plain underneath and no hoodliner i wanted to do something. Being in the navy having the navy jack on there but tayloring it to the car nust seemed perfect.
