car3345
I live in Ohio and purchased a new 2013 GT 500 last year from a dealership in Michigan. They deliverd the car in an enclosed trailer for free. Do all dealerships do this?
Larry T
Not any dealerships that service the Calgary area ,,, unless they are super high end.
Torched10
There are lots of companies that have enclosed trailers. A small one for one car us not much more than a roll back.it has be loaded carefully to make sure it doesn't rub during transit whereas a roll back doesn't have that risk
freakshow12
Had mine arrived at a bad time of year my dealer would have brought it to me. Luckily it was a beautiful day to make the 1.5 hr trip home. Me and my sons had a blast. They are 12 and
SVTracer14
When I purchased my car, I found two that I was interested in, with one being about 3.5 hours away. The weather was iffy at this time of year, and the dealership I spoke with told me that I would need to pay for and arrange for my car to be picked up by a 3rd party delivery service, if that is what I chose to do. I really liked this dealer and the saleman I was working with, but ended up purchasing my car closer to home from a dealer I could drive the car home from. twobjshelbys
There's no such thing as a free lunch. You paid for it, it was just included. If you'd said you'd fly in and take delivery they probably would have had a slightly better price. Figure that carriers like InterCity etc. will run you about a buck a mile. By the time you add air fare, hotel and gas, it's probably break even.
