HARALD KELLEY
Today is Patriots Day. Take the time to reflect and realize that Freedom is not Free! Many sacrifices have occurred so we can enjoy our Freedom & Liberties. Many were the ultimate sacrifice. Almighty God, you know the hearts of the wounded and lost. We ask that you continue to heal the wounds that were inflicted on our nation and our families thirteen years ago on this day. Grant us the courage and strength to honor all of our fallen brothers and sisters by our courageous and dedicated service to our communities. Keep us all safe and help us to remember that this day we are part of a nation who will always remember and honor our heroes.

Doug_GT350
Very nice Harald! And Al I lift you up in my thoughts! So many of my friends and family had events happen to them that day that kept them safe, God only knows why. Take peace in knowing we as a Nation mourn the loss. gotoatz
All, This story was on the local Channel 7 news this morning in Southern California. Since it is right on the way to work, I decided to swing by and pay tribute. This gentleman is a firefighter locally, and has made it his life's goal to assure those that gave their lives, both during and after 9-11, are never forgotten......What an incredible tribute..... twobjshelbys
For those of us in zip code 80540 9/11 is a double whammy... As I write this one year ago today the water was Five Feet High and Rising. By 11:00 it was 12' and by 6AM about 18'. My best friend lost his house and another his life. ViperNC
I was watching a show on History the other night called "102 minutes that changed the world". It was a ton of private footage shot by individuals from different vantage points in NY based on real time as things unfolded. Really captured all the emotions of the people in NY City as the attacks were happening. Chilling stuff. May we never forget.......

FordRocks1
As a Veteran who served in OIF/OEF may 9/11 never be forgotten. Great tributes posted above. I found this cool little Mustang addition that I will keep on my car for the whole month.
