The FRPP Hot Rod Cams are a perfect match for this motor. Your car will have a different personality. I did cams and headers ... Some like Comp Cams too(SGT0128 has them). At first, you might not like the lopey/shakey. But I don't even notice it now. 1badsgt Posted August 16, 2014 Report Share Posted August 16, 2014 The cams were $740.00 Install was $300.00 The tune with the SCT tuner and the dyno time was $655.00 So a total of $1695.00 Before Cams the car was 281 RWHP and after 347 RWHP. But I also have long tubes and underdrive pullies. It was well worth the expense. I have a blast driving this car. A bubby of mine has the same basic set up on is 2008 GT except he is also running a ProCharger. Once it was tuned out with the cams he was at 502 RWHP. He had it tunes back to 480 just to be safe.
