Latinwrlord
Has anyone tried then with long tube header with high flow cats and 3" x-pipe to 2.5" over axle pipes. Have Borla S-type now. And not totally satisfied. There is a set of outlaw series for sale locally for $300.
ViperNC
I've got them with Ford racing shorties/stock H pipe and cats. Sounds like the old American Thunder two chambers from back in the late 80's and early 90's fox body cars.
Latinwrlord
I loved that Fox body sound. It drives me nuts that my daughter's car sounds better than mine. I bought my daughter a 2004 Mustang Gt for her 17th birthday. It's her first car. I have done the usual cia, larger throttle body. Off road x-pipe and flow master mufflers, etc. It is blue with white racing stripes. Matches her dad's car. Beautiful car. But sounds so much better even though I have twice the power. Doesn't make sense. She keeps teasing me. But then admits once she gets out of the driveway I would be in another state. LOL!
Latinwrlord
Pic of my daughter's first car. Father like daughter. She definitely has Stanford fever!

ViperNC
$300 is not a bad price. If you install and don't like, you'll be able to resale.
Z-man
I have two chamber Flowmasters on my GT500. The ready of the exhaust is stock. From the drivers seat, I think they could be a little louder. From outside the car others say they are louder than I think. I like them, and also had Flowmasters on my old Fox-body 5.
ViperNC
Hmmm... I see a trend here. Vista Blue owners prefer Flow Master's.

RUFDRAFT
Flowmasters are Good! I've had a lot of Chevy guys tell me they love how my car sounds. That - is cool.
