Attention Moderators: Solution To Forum Dropping Capital Letters In Topic Titles

So, this stuff has been around for a while so I did a google search on "ipboard removes capital letters

This forum topic came right at the top:

The solution is for a moderator to make the following change:

 

ACP -> Tools and Settings -> Topics, Posts and Polls -> Stop shouting in topic titles? -> NO

 

Given the 2008 date this has been around for a while so it looks like the setting may have been reset during the last upgrade.
