art4tees
Has anyone ever heard if the "headlights and the windshield on a 2007 Shelby GT are "Shelby" parts and not the same as the normal Ford Mustang GT headlights and windshield"? The Ford dealership body shop told me, "If we fix the vehicle per the insurance estimate you would have V6/GT parts on it instead of Shelby parts." I know the grill is different but that's it. How do I disprove what they are telling me?
ChicagoChris
Go to another body shop as you can't fix stupid.
John Canfield
That's no worse than a ford dealership body shop calling me to ask who did the stripes on my '03 Mach 1?!?!?! They had no clue, and so seems the place you're dealing with. They are not car people.

fatboy
i guess i was lucky. the dealership i have replaced my windsheild without really saying anything. only that they asked me what the windsheild had on it. just told them it had the running mustang on the top center. and they said "ok". they went and ordered it and installed it when it came in. :\
