IngotSilverSnake
Motorcraft 5W-50 Full Synthetic. FL-820S Oil Filter. At least every 6 months (Book says or 7,000 miles). I change at 6 months or 3,000 miles.
barspen
Lots of advice\opinions regarding oil weights and brands on svtperformance.com. Search for posts from 'UnleashedBeast'...he has done extensive analysis on several different oils for GT500's. I'm still under warrantee, so I'm sticking with Motorcraft for now - 6months or 5k miles, but will using different options (Amsoil or RoyalPurple) in the future, especially for track evenst. Either way, there some good info out there.
