hunters1
I have read many threads on these wheels and finding an option/s for repair comes up quite often. A suggestion is to make contact with a company called "California Chrome Wheels Inc." Their website has several options available. Open up the different processes as there is also one for what appears to be a paint/clearcoat option which appears to be simular to the Dura-bright process Alcoa uses. Just a thought! Grabber
I am sure the repair would be very expensive and never look just like new. Rule number one is to always by a spare wheel.....always. It's cheap insurance.
hunters1
cost is $175 per wheel.
08KR525
I had Mr. Wheel in Indianapolis repair a used Alcoa that i purchased that had cosmetic damage all over. If I hadn't taken pictures beforehand you would never have known it had been repaired.
08KR525
BTW I think the repair/refinish was $200 and I had it back in less than a week.
