frazierfreud
I got all wrapped up in getting a broken brake caliper bolt replaced, and forgot to order my raybestos st43 pads. I have a track weekend coming up this Saturday. Every place I see that may carry them is closed today. I will be on a mission on Monday to get them ordered and shipped quickly to me. Anyone know whom may carry them in stock and is quick about getting them out? Options I have seen: porterfield, girodiscs, bbb, and race shopper.com
Kevin Patten
Hey Mark it is Saturday ( Dec. 14th ) ! Does that mean your track day is today or next Saturday the 21st. ? I get mine from LPI Racing @ 925-292-5522 but they are in Calif. Sounds to me like your going to run into some high shipping costs to get done in time ! Porterfield is your other option . frazierfreud
Next Saturday. I know it is crunch time. It'll be worth it! Is there a hawk race pad that goes well with the HPS like the st43 does?
Kevin Patten
Yes there are other Hawk pads that will work with the HPS pads in the rear but none are up to snuff with the Raybestos ST43s . JMO
frazierfreud
as it turns out the st43's are on back order. LPI racing, RRR racing, Porterfield, and shopracing could only get me st45's quickly. I did find some st43 at girodisc in stock and they will be mailed out today! woo hoo! I got the hawk hps bedded in last night. I'm ready for an explosion of braking power with the st43 this weekend!
