drlovegun
I need to remove the rear wheel and take it in to get the tire replaced. The jack point is in the manual, where is the best place to put a jack stand for a rear tire?

drlovegun
Thanks for the link, that's for the front though. I don't see anything at the rear of the car which is where I need to place the stand.
shel-b001
Look for the indentation along the rocker near the back if you have a manual it shows you where it goes.
54First
I think your question is where to put the jack stand when the jack point is already used by the jack. Once the wheel/tire is off the floor, put the jack stand under the axle as far out toward the wheel as you can and lower the jack until the weight of the car is on the jack stand.
