gene64cobra Posted August 18, 2013 Report Share Posted August 18, 2013 i had a very experienced guy work on my car to restore her back to near perfect. i had told him that the hood, side scoops and front facia were not factory and the paint would be different. and i am not a paint guy but he explained that the the hood was a single stage paint and was very soft. just throwing that out there. wierd that he worked on 06H0235 and didn't come across that. does anyone know or can shed light on this subject. and the differences' between the 06's and 07's. thank you. HARALD KELLEY Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 When I had my Deep Draw hood painted, my painter also mentioned that the original GT-H hood was not the same black as the rest of the car.
