HELP please Hi, The credit card was declined on 11 August 2013 after it was pre-authorized. This happens often with credit cards from outside the U.S. Check your CC to double check and call Tim on Monday to see why this happened > 702.405.3500 I have had this problem for over six months and have emailed a number of times, and no response. I hope you get help. We don't have an invoice on file for this account. Did you pay using this account/e-mail? When was the transaction date?
