Re upped my membership couple of days ago. Payment went through but still can't get into protected areas??? HELP please




The credit card was declined on 11 August 2013 after it was pre-authorized. This happens often with credit cards from outside the U.S. Check your CC to double check and call Tim on Monday to see why this happened > 702.405.3500



I have had this problem for over six months and have emailed a number of times, and no response. I hope you get help.


We don't have an invoice on file for this account. Did you pay using this account/e-mail? When was the transaction date?

I just got email renewal notification and paid online.


I did have to log in with my username and password to get to the payment area indicated on the email.
