Wayne in NJ Posted July 28, 2013 Report Share Posted July 28, 2013 As posted a month ago, or so, mine were the stock type, NON-high pressure version, which is NOT good! I understand some of these vehicles were recalled, back in the day, because of the possibility of the hoses bursting/leaking gasoline onto manifold/hot motor, and causing an under the hood fire. As I also posted, I have a friend that formerly owned three 2.2's, over the years, and actually HAD this fire occur. He had to replace the wiring harness. The thing is, it was 20 years ago when one could GET a wiring harness for these cars! If this is 'old news'...sorry! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
