It's a rare Sunday event in August and I expect it to fill up early. Most of the Boss guys are running the C group as am I and I expect that to fill up the quickest. Below are links to the info. All Mustangs are welcome and we'd love to see some Shelby's there that day. It's a beautiful time of year in Monterey so stop by and hang out if you're not going to track your car. I got an email for Thunderhill from HOD on July 20-21 and part of me thought about going for a little bit, since I'll be out of town for the Shelby event. ha ha ... addicted. Need new brake pads after the last event and next track day will necessitate new tires as well when it's done, I think I have one or 2 more days left on my current tires tread wise, but they were getting pretty slippery at Auto Club, may be heat cycling them out before the tread gives up. I don't know when they are going to start on the wide-body kit. That's what's holding my car back. I can't wait to get out to the track. It has been on my bucket list for some time now. I'll have to call Jeremy at Shelby American and hopefully get a better idea of when the car will be done. My old Shelby GT500 is a snowplow on the road courses.
