traction problems

technically, the brackets aren't needed. i drove my car lowered without them for a little while. also, i don't believe shelby puts them on any of their special edition GT500s. however, they are recommended to correct the geometry of the control arms on lowered applications. they are cheap enough so i added them and i have zero wheel hop.

i had mine done by weldcraft. you can see the weld seam inside the rim, but it was grinded down to a smooth surface. over time, it's going to turn black from dirt and road grime anyway. in my case, there was no offset change. they simply added a couple of inches of material to the inner rim.
