gbw122974
Shelby CS1 Wheels and Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires on my 2011 GT500. 295/35ZR20 rear and 275/35ZR20 front Makes a huge difference in driving. These tires are way better than the Goodyear by a long shot. SVT Wheels on my 2011 GT500 Ford should have went with these Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires instead of the Goodyears. barspen
Those look fantastic! Saving my allowance for some CS1's.
gbw122974
Thanks, yes they sure do cost $$$, but the way I look at it is a Shelby should have Shelby wheels in my opinion not SVT wheels. Yes it's still an SVT car but it should be an option from the factory to be able to order Shelby wheels for a Shelby vehicle, doesn't matter if it's the Shelby Mustang, or even the Raptor. Just my 2 cents.
ThomasL
I recently switched to those tires for the stock ones (which I can't recall right now). LOVE the new tires as well. Huge difference. Nice ride btw
David Willenborg
I own your cars twin. Mine is #387, and #38 of 102 in white. Yesterday I made the switch to the Pilot Super Sports after getting 21K miles out of the Goodyear F1 G2's. Found a lot of wear on the inside front tires and don't know it that is normal or if I need an alignment. By the way, my first post on this forum. David Willenborg
The Super Sports do a much better job than the OEM Eagle F1 G2's. No more fish tailing when I put my foot into it! I would never have thought that these tires with a wear rating of 300 would stick the car to the road better than a tire with a 220 wear rating. Goodbye Goodyear!
