Grabbers 7th annual Pacific NW Meet & Greet - Sat. 8/10/13

Recommended Posts

Ann and I are planning to attend, just haven't signed up yet.

Last years gathering was a "really" good event for us! Enjoyed the day totally, and discovered (and picked up) TedJ's

old second hand leftover blue car:) :} We like it a lot! :)

Hey Ted. It pulled 492hp at the rear wheels, during a dyno day earlier this month. Guess the pulley upgrade worked. :)

I'm also talking with my fellow SAAC members about this event. I hope to have a number of them attend with me. I know they will like it if they do!

Ray C.

Glad it's still running good for you Ray. Just ordered a Lethal performance pack for my 13 to spice it up a bit. Should have it all installed by Rob's meet and greet. Look forward to seeing you in August.

Ted

Rob,

I just sent you funding for myself and Redneckgt . We will be coming up North to join you in my 2007 GT500 and both of us will be attending dinner. I'm hoping to get in on the PIR action on the day before and then be at your place on Saturday / head back on Sunday.

Rewind...is there an event at PIR the Friday before?

From page 2 / POST #24

The HPDE is only one day (Aug 9th) and requires no class time.

If someone would like to take the driving school I'm sure a discount would also be applied.

I started a new thread to get a head count on the Track Day and I'll start setting up things with Tracey at Cascade for the track day discounts.

FYI they don't charge you until the day of the event.

NEW Thread started here about the TRACK DAY EVENT

Roger that - track day confirmed . Now if we could just get Rob to put a lift in his garage we could get Tana hooked on tracking her GT500 ! Let's see now , PIR on Friday , car show and cruise on Saturday , live band , all we need is some 32 oz. Buckin' Broncos being served by the baristas from " COWGIRL ESPRESSO " and we got us a "Pacific Northwest Bash" . Rob did say there was coffee right - Cowgirl Espresso - Rob - Cowgirls ohhhh yeaaaaa !!!!!

Remember - what happens at Grabberville - stays in Grabberville !!!

Rob,

I did a pre-run on the drive to McClellan viewpoint today. Went up to the Lahar and then over to the viewpoint and home. Road was good, some tar/sand in Amboy and the forest road has some issues but they are well marked. Mainly frost heaves or the odd pothole. I came home on the road through Lucia Falls bypassing Amboy. They have that road fixed up nicely.

Thanks. Sounds like there are no show stoppers. And in 5 weeks the sand and tar should be pretty much worked into the asphalt in Amboy.
