Helge Ruchelski Posted April 10, 2013 Report Share Posted April 10, 2013 I know this topic has been beat to death, but my insurance company has agreed to replace the over the top stripes after a ladder fell on my hood and scratched one of the stripes. Of course they are faded and they agrred in order to make me whole they would replace the hood, roof and trunk. I called Shelby and they told me to call Ford Racing (closed) Is this true?? I thought the stripes were Shelby, not Ford. Will these be the correct (original) stripes? Any info you guys have will be greatly appreciated. ITHERTZ66 Posted April 10, 2013 Report Share Posted April 10, 2013 hmm...dropping a ladder on the stripes isn't half bad of an idea (: The current stripes are different than the original factory. by how much, I do not know - only in that they are different.
