I am still looking to obtain my first Shelby which should be soon. My goal is to get an 07-09 gt500 but my budget cant take the strain. If I sold my Harley it would be no prob but the wife would put a hit on me if I did that. So my secondary choice will most likely be the Shelby GT. Looking forward to educating myself. MY500SS Posted March 14, 2013 Report Share Posted March 14, 2013 Welcome Rob.........Good luck with your search. The Shelby GT is by no means a lesser Shelby. It's a more balanced car over the GT500.
