Kevin Patten
THANKS for taking pics JJ . There's still more fab work after the cage gets done but we are getting closer ! There's still MORE cutting and welding to bring it to the level of wearing the Shelby name in a race car. I'm thinking on having the silver stripes and white painted on the top of the rear package tray area .
redneckgt
Allright I met Luke at his shop and helped contiue the cage process. KP showed up and we fitted the A pillar barinto place and I must say that it fits AWESOME!!!!! My hats off to the creative mind and quality of work that Luke has put into this. Soon it'll be over and it can move on to the next process, Check out the pic's and enjoy. Cheers JJ P.S. KP I think that you should paint the stripes through the package tray

Kevin Patten
Ohh Boy - I had to ask JJ to watch what he posts because I just got my first e-mail warning over the build ! Guess the competition is all over this topic . Let me first say that I am extremely happy (F***ing ecstatic) about choosing to go with Luke Lonberger @ Blu808 in Campbell , California for my cage work and welding needs - the man is truly an artist (his welds and capabilities are far beyond what I looked at other shops through out the SF bay area). I like to think that it's worth the price to get the "QUALITY" than go about having a bitter taste of the "Cheapness" .
redneckgt
Well I shot over to Lukes shop to work on KP's cage, and I must say that this guy's got talent. Here are a few pic's.Cheers and enjoy JJ
redneckgt
Well we finished up most of the fab work on the cage, now time to break it down and start the 2 days of welding that it's going to take. Here are some pics' of the cage pre welding, Ill make sure to get some pic's of the finished welding, as Luke is one HELL of a fabricator and welder, as well as an artist Cheers JJ
