Yes, a stripped out interior all painted white looks clean and cool IMO. Question about the rear wing which you may have answered before: custom or purchased? Regardless, it looks very nice on your white car. Others I have seen in other colors seem to stand out more which I am not a big fan of from purely looks. But yes, I realize it is all about performance at this level, not appearance. It's going to get silver stripes painted on when the car goes to paint . I'm overseeing the SCCA race this weekend . Addison Lee just set new track record for SPEC Mustang @ Sonoma Raceway with a 1:49.6 qualifying time to sit on the pole for the first race tomorrow morning ! redneckgt Posted July 26, 2013 Report Share Posted July 26, 2013 Well here is what we have been waiting for. :happy feet: More pic's of the car at the body shop, The interior is painted and they are going to start on the stripes and hood this after noon, AND MAN DOSE IT LOOK GOOD !!!!! Should be comming back to the shop by the middle of the week. Then she gets put back together for the last time, I hope :unsure: But getting closer to the track. Kevin Patten Posted July 31, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 I had the paint shop paint the Tiger Racing hood like my 2007 GT500 . I took them one of the stock heat extractors from my GT500 and told them to paint the heat extractor area in the same shape ( just larger ) and put back on the silver stripes like they came on the SGTs . That's why they stop at the lower grille in the front and at the diffuser area in the back ( along with being out of the license plate area ). I put on the clear front and side markers lens like many of HP ( performance white ) SGT owners have done to blend in .
