mustang let back
the truth hiders in their lightning lap in the new issue of car&driver says the zl1 put up a time of 2:57.5,and the camaro ss 1le put up a 3:01.5.for the GT500 they got a pathetic 3:00.6.now when A 2011 GT500 was tested, that year GT500 put up a time of 2:58.4.with all of the items on the new GT500,and looking at other reviews, the GT500 should have beat the zl1 with no problem.once again the dis-like for the mustang continues. Iceman5000
The track conditions sucked the day the GT500 was tested. It had been raining most of that week.

WJinLV
Goodyear tires I'm sure had a lot to do with that. Michelin PSS tires would have the car under 3.
