shelbymotorsports
I've seen these new aluminum blocks in person and they are BEAUTIFUL ! http://www.shelbyengines.com/collections/bare-blocks/products/finished-block-289 Steve
Denstang65
Is the price just for the bare block, a short block, or long block. Depending on cost, I might have to give my tribute a CS heart some day.
ageishecker
That's just the block price you see when you open the link. Follow the finished engines tab at the top of that page to see the complete price. I have the 468ci FE in my Cobra and it is also a thing of beauty. Wow, damn near the cost of an actual heart transplant. I will say if I ever get the money, I will lean towards that route. The only problem is I do not think I can justify the cost to convince my better half. She is not into the car thing, sorry to say, not even Shelbys. Gives me more seat time though! By the way, your Cobra looks like a thing of beauty without opening the hood
ChicagoChris
Holly smokes! Nice engines but for that kind of $ they must be gold plated.
Nitro
That has to be the most expensive aluminum block I have ever come across. That's more than a 426 Hemi Top Fuel block. Wow.
