It's kinda like running a stock Pinto on a high performance site..... I think we need to supercharge something.....

robertlane
I conducted tests before and after and the site page load is faster with less queries, etc. It might be a problem with your connection or browser?
08 snake
well i have tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer(not sure what version) and both are equally as slow loading the pages

twobjshelbys
Really slow loading a link. Additionally, take a look at the tabs at the top - Forums and Members appear twice.

Lucky 2
I took me five or six try's to open the site and three try's to open this post. The up-date did not work.
robertlane
Odd because the site has been streamlined, etc. Here in Michigan, it's faster than before.
DrKSGT
Odd because the site has been streamlined, etc. Here in Michigan, it's faster than before. Not for me here in Michigan. However to be fair, the computer has been getting progressively slowed outside of this site. Suggested IT item from work to assess security acually locked me out of making any site visible. Had to recover to week old backup to get that fixed. Can live with the speed so long as things open.
Doug_GT350
It appears to affect only the threads with multiple pages.... hint hint.... it's like it has to load every page whenever you change pages. The single page threads load quick.
Lucky 2
I don't know what happened , but it is working "OK" now.

Ecrissman
Using a DROID, it's pretty bad. Loads extremely slow.
shelbymotorsports
Not just a droid. This morning it seems worse than ever. Several minutes for a page to load and pic thumbnails still not working. Lets hope Robert can find a solution soon. Steve

Several minutes for a page to load and pic thumbnails still not working. Lets hope Robert can find a solution soon. Steve I was having the same experience. About 20 to 30 seconds to change a page, sometimes it would redirect me on opening, sometimes I had to click the redirect link. It *seems* to be working okay for me *now*....Which means I probably jinxed myself! Phill
twobjshelbys
A couple of more things. This time about the very bottom of the page. 1. The contrast of the small letters on black is really hard to read. 2. The contrast of the pop up menus for change theme and mark community read are also hard to read 3. The very last line of the block which includes (I think) Time Now is small font and blurry and impossible to read.

twobjshelbys
With the mobile ski. On iPhone I select new posts and view a topic. The. I go back and a transparent "loading" window pops up but never goes away. I've had as many as 3 floating around
robertlane
I revised the "light box" and now photos display properly when you click on their thumbnail. As for the site speed, this appears to be an issue outside TS or our server. If you run a tracert against TS, you'll see what we mean.
