4632R
I have a no start issue with my 03 mach 1, there is no fuel in the rails. there is no power to the pump or the fuel pressure sensor. The fuse is good. I replaced the fuel pump driver module from another vehicle, no change. There is power in/out of driver module and inertia switch. Could it be the constant control relay module? not sure how to test it. There are no codes in pcm. thanks for feedback.
Helix
Hmm... Thats a toughy. Sound like either some sort of pressure leak causing the fuel not to go through the lines? I'll watch this though, I wanna know to. Best of luck.
shel-b001
Not sure this would be it but check the ground to the pcm. make sure i is clean & make complete contact with the car frame.
S8MS-01904
If no crank condition, check PCM. Edited November 1, 2012 by S8MS-01904
4632R
pcm is powering up all sensors, car cranks fine, doesn't appear to be anti-theft system fault. Going to replace ccrm (body control module) and see what happens.
S8MS-01904
Check fuel delivery @ fuel filter. Open fuel line @ intake and cycle pump on to verify fuel. I think it's fuel related.
4632R
I replaced the body control module and car still wouldn't run. Classic example of myself over-engineering the problem, I replaced the fuel pump regardless of not seeing power there and that was the culprit. oh well at least its fixed. 2010KonaBlueGT
There is power in/out of driver module and inertia switch. Just for S&G's...did you try resetting the inertia switch? I can't remember, does it have 2 wires to/from it or 3? Phill
