HARALD KELLEY Posted September 9, 2012 Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 Attached are some pictures from the Race N Road event which was sponsored by Mothers Polishes and Waxes at this years Continental Sports Car Fesrival, Powered by Mazda featuring the Grand-AM Rolex Sports Car Series. $35.00 got you into the show, race, parade lap around Laguna Seca (2 laps) goodie bag (Mothers Detail Spray) T-shirts and lots of nice cars. The Camaro Club won the largest club attending. I hope next year we can get 20 or so TS Nor Cal members to attend so we can win the largest club in attendance. One picture of cars lined up for the parade laps. A mopar lost control at the cork screw and spun out a couple of cars ahead of me and blew a tire. Nice big dust cloud as I dropped into the turns. No damage to the car just maybe drivers pride. Tire shop thinks the sidewall gave out which may have caused the spin out. He did return to the show.
