Well, these cards were not available from the stealership, but were handed out at a Press Introduction for the "KR" at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. Card measures about 5.5" x 8.5". I'm not sure of where it was released, but the hero cards I got came with a brochure that was wire bound and each page was the same size of the hero card. Interesting photo inside this brochure, a photo of the KR with wheels we have never seen! Wheels before the 20' Alcoas!!! Kind of neat... I got this brochure on ebay 3 years ago signed by Carroll and a hero card signed too. Anyway, here are a couple scans of the card, both front and back.
