dh777 Posted March 23, 2012 Report Share Posted March 23, 2012 If I remember, there was a difference in a Shelby SR and a Shelby GT/SR. The Shelby GT/SR started as a SGT whereas the Shelby SR started out as a Mustang GT. The only Shelby GT/SR I ever saw was the white one in the brochure. Patterson use to drive the Shelby SR at the track. I don't think there were over half a dozen or so Shelby SRs produced. I know someone that use to have 2 of them. The seller mentions there were only five produced according to SAI Steve Thornton. I believe this is 2nd SC car built that Roger mentioned a long while back. Roger also mentioned in that post that the Legend Lime '06 SC coupe was the first car built. Anyone know the number, maybe 06SC0021? The only other SC car I am aware of is the '08 redfire metallic vert 08SC0023. So my question for anyone who knows is what are the other 2 SC cars colors or models? Anyone have any pictures of them? Looking through some of my older emails I have a note from the owner of the legned lime '06. It is the first built and is number 21. The redfire metallic car offered on eBay, no 22, is the second built car. I assume the redfire vert is the third built as it is number 23. If there are 2 more SC cars out there I'd guess they are 24 and 25 but, I have no idea of the year, model, or colors. Anyone have info on these?
