softy Posted March 1, 2012 Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 my battery went dead, i jumped it to get it started, now i went for inspection and not ready. anyone know how many miles or cycles to get them to reset? only mod is jlt cold air and gears in the tune. any advice? KaR Posted March 3, 2012 Report Share Posted March 3, 2012 Monitor is an emission's check internally for the cars ECM . You need to drive both city and highway about 75 miles will do it. There are four to five tests that the ECM needs to conduct. The evap is the longest test. Go on a 40 to 60 mile highway run. That should get it ready.
