Reverse gear grind?

Hi guys,

 

 

A few week ago on cold starts (or on low temps), car refuses to go into reverse. At first it does not allow to engage reverse, I would then try 2-3 times and then it would engage normally.

 

For the last 3 days, car would not refuse to engage reverse but would grind going into gear. A second attempt would make the gear engage normal.

 

This is happening with the clutch fully depressed.

 

 

Any ideas what might be causing this? The grind and the feeling it leaves makes me really worried and not want to drive the car at its current state..

 

 

Car has 15,000KD on the Oddo and is an 09 model., mods in sig. It was purchased used and I have never grinded a gear before.
