sportscars
Yes, someone else saw this car as well. It is not a "real" Terlingua Cobra as it was not one of the 10 authorized by Bill Neal. It does not have any of the Terlingua graphics on it either. That said, it is a nice car.
jerseygator
It's a beautiful car... One thing that I don't understand. Why would they put an engine built by "Roush" in a Shelby? Is that common practice?
NordicShelby
I was wondering why to that as well
shelbymotorsports
It's a beautiful car... One thing that I don't understand. Why would they put an engine built by "Roush" in a Shelby? Is that common practice? Is there anything wrong with Roush built engines? Shelby American sells the continuation Cobra's without a drivetrain so someone needs to build a motor for it. Sure the Shelby Engine Company in Los Angeles would probably be my first choice for an engine but Roush has a long & proven history with building high HP Ford engines. If I'm missing anything about Roush engines, that make them a bad choice, fill us in. Steve
Akos (AJ)
I believe the Roush engines actually use Shelby blocks.
shelbymotorsports
I believe the Roush engines actually use Shelby blocks. I can confirm that Roush has been sent many Shelby aluminum blocks, now what they use them for, that I don't know. Steve
Akos (AJ)
Hmmm... Since I work in Anaheim, I should go and check that Cobra out.... Not that I can afford it, but it's great eye-candy...
